How does the app work?

SPLIT uses Tap-n-SPLIT technology to allow users to create group sessions and pay bills seamlessly with their SPLIT card.

Do I need to link my bank account?

Yes! When setting up your SPLIT profile, you will be asked to provide your bank account information so we can securely link it to your SPLIT account.

Is my financial and payment information secure?

Absolutely! SPLIT employs robust payment and financial security systems designed to protect your information and ensure a safe user experience.

Are there any fees to use the app?

There is no cost to sign up for SPLIT. When a user initiates a group session, a 0.5% service fee is applied to each bill paid through SPLIT.

Do all group members need the app to split a bill?

Yes – every participant must have a SPLIT account and access the group session through the SPLIT app to take part in the bill-splitting process.

Does the app work internationally or only in the U.S.?

At this time, SPLIT is available exclusively within the United States.

Is there a limit to how many people I can split with?

No – SPLIT places no limit on the number of participants you can include in a single group session.

How do I delete my account or remove my financial data?

You can delete your account directly from your profile page. After initiating deletion, you’ll receive a confirmation notice. Once confirmed, your account and all associated financial data will be permanently removed.
